EJSM Study Team

An international science and technical team is chartered by NASA and ESA to further develop the EJSM Mission concept. The Joint Science Definition Team(JSDT) and the technical teams work together defining a mission concept that maintains the optimal balance of science, cost and risk while meeting the goals and requirements of each Agency.

NASA Technical Team

NASA chartered JPL to lead the US portion of the EJSM mission concept selected in February 2009 for further study. In partnership with the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, JPL has established a pre-project organization to work with the JSDT and prepare to enter Phase A. See a list of the EJSM NASA Technical Team Members.

ESA Technical Team

The ESA team leads the European portion of the EJSM mission concept selected in February 2009 for further study. The ESA team is supported by industrial studies, and works together with the JSDT. See a list of the EJSM ESA Technical Team Members.
