Instrument Poster Guidelines

The instrument and synergistic science poster session will be held the evening of July 15, 2009.

• Poster board easels will be provided

• Push pins for hanging the posters will be provided

• Maximum poster size : Height 42 inches (1 m) X Width 42 inches (1 m)

• Please ensure that your poster is clearly readable from a distance of at least 10 ft (3 m).

• The poster sessions are strictly "hard copy" only. No electrical or electronic facilities will be provided.

Please note that these guidelines are for the instrument and synergistic science poster session only, and do not apply to the radiation vendor session.
